All of a sudden, Sandra’s mother has fallen seriously ill. She is in her 90s and Sandra knows that her mother may not live longer. Sandra wishes to ensure that her mother is provided with the necessary care during these final moments. You may be in a similar situation and it is at such time that you should reach out to a Care Manager. The Care Manager will assist with organizing the important paperwork; finding an additional Caregiver if needed; and arranging for hospice admission. This is a challenging moment in any Care Recipient and Caregiver’s life, but rest assured a Care Manager will help alleviate the stress, and make the experience less strenuous. Remember, should your Care Recipient be diagnosed with a serious illness, there is always help available.
